The following sets out the terms and conditions of your enrolment in a course with PENDULUM COLLEGE AUSTRALIA P/L:

  • RTO means a Registered Training Organisation.
  • Qualification means a document offered by PENDULUM COLLEGE AUSTRALIA P/L (or its partner RTOs) to the client.
  • Application means an application prepared by PENDULUM COLLEGE AUSTRALIA P/L, providing Services, that includes the information and documentation provided by you for submission to RTO’s.
  • RPL Fees mean the Fees received in relation to a qualification to be provided by PENDULUM COLLEGE AUSTRALIA P/L.
  • Course Fees means both the Tuition Fees and the non-tuition fees (if any) received by PENDULUM COLLEGE AUSTRALIA P/L in respect of the student.
  • Personal Information means any information that is capable of identifying an individual.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy
The fee related to any qualification or service provided by PENDULUM COLLEGE AUSTRALIA P/L, is payable once only and is only refundable in limited circumstances involving provider being at fault. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Conditions of Enrolment which is to your detriment. Qualification/Service fees will not be refunded under any circumstances. This is why we highly recommend that all our clients read our full terms and conditions carefully before making a decision to apply for any qualification.

Client Commitment
Regardless of which payment option you choose, you are legally liable to make the full payment for your qualification fees within the timeframe allocated to you by PENDULUM COLLEGE AUSTRALIA P/L.

Deferrals/Postponements
If you have paid the qualification fees, PENDULUM COLLEGE AUSTRALIA P/L may allow you to defer or postpone your RPL qualification in the following circumstances:

  • If you give PENDULUM COLLEGE AUSTRALIA P/L at least four weeks’ written notice before the commencement of the procedures of your qualification (You will have to pay any increase in qualification fees from the time of deferment to your commencement of the new application);
  • If you have compassionate or compelling circumstances, such as death in your immediate family (father, mother, child, sibling, spouse only), natural disaster in your home or you become a victim of a serious crime or trauma;
  • Approval for deferral or postponement of a qualification is at the sole discretion of PENDULUM COLLEGE AUSTRALIA P/L. You must provide PENDULUM COLLEGE AUSTRALIA P/L with documented evidence in support of your application for deferral or postponement as required by PENDULUM COLLEGE AUSTRALIA P/L. If approved, PENDULUM COLLEGE AUSTRALIA P/L will advise you accordingly and may hold remaining qualification fees as credit for up to twenty-four months from the date permission is granted. Unless expressly stated otherwise in these terms and conditions, you will not be entitled to any further deferral, postponement, refund or transfer of fees.
